Elav transitioned from planning galas to planning weddings in 2021. Our clients love her calm demeanor in every circumstance, and her ability to remember the minute details of the timeline off the top of her head. Elav is always one step ahead of the game and can execute the couple's vision for their day with excellence.
Jackie Vander Voort
PLANNER
Jackie brings a whole new meaning to the word "organized". She doesn't just plan, she strategizes, making sure that our client's day runs more than smoothly and that all of the vendors are on the same page in order to complete their jobs efficiently. Jackie is a next-level wedding strategist and our clients love her for that.
Kaitlin Rogers
Founder and Planner
Kaitlin has been immersed in the wedding industry for over 8 years and with each passing year, she is more and more convinced in the power of a strong planning and design team. She loves to create beauty in every space she enters and can take the vision of her clients and elevate them to the next level. If Kaitlin had a slogan, it would be: "Ooh, I have an idea".

Elav and Jackie as a team were absolutely amazing. My now husband and I were able to truly enjoy the full day because of them. We were tucked away for most of the beginning prior to the ceremony and they moved EVERYONE along for us: vendor set up, vendor questions, decorations, and the wedding party, and so so much more. They kept us on time and made us feel so incredibly special. The team came early to help us do set up and they even stayed late helping us breakdown. Truly this is a full service all star company. I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!
